We serve as consultants in cardiovascular medicine to the primary care or referring physicians.
All visits are by appointment only. Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATION FEE:
Due to the volume of patients in need of appointments we strictly enforce this policy. If
you fail to give 24 hour prior notice of cancellation or fail to show up for an appointment
you will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee. If our system does not reflect cancellation,
you will be charged. There are no “first time” exceptions to this policy.
